    Our role as an investment banker for a client can mean many different things to

  different clients. It all depends on the client's needs. As an example, we can

  assist a client in obtaining financing through various financing vehicles per their  

  situation i.e.: equipment financing, acquisition financing, real estate mortgages,

  asset based lending, and management buyouts. On the other side of our business

  we represent buyers and sellers of businesses who might be looking to either sell or

  buy.  For example, we have been involved through the years in many “roll ups”.   We

  are also advisors to many small and mid-size companies in various roles depending

  on their needs.
